- Refunds are not provided. Please make sure you are satisfied with your service before you check out.
- Free nail repair provided within 3 days of your original service.
- We request that you refrain from shaving 24 hours prior to your pedicure services.
- As a courtesy to other clients, please keep your phone on silent or vibrate while enjoying your services.

While we value your friendships, we do not allow non-paying guests to sit with you during your appointment.
- We allow a 15-minute grace period for clients who experience delays on their way to an appointment. After 15 minutes, our staff may not be able to complete all booked services, although we will try our best. Time is precious.
- Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a $40 cancelation fee for appointments not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance prior to the start of your appointment or a 50% deposit for repeat No-Shows/Late cancel client.
- Quality nails take time! Please book enough time for the services desired.
- While we encourage appointments, walk-ins are always welcome.
- Please, no food in the nail bar.
- No disrespect is allowed.
